SHOW NOTES: SEVEN QUESTIONS WITH PASTOR KEVIN HASENACK – PART 2
Summary: In this episode, I continue my conversation with Pastor Kevin Hasenack. Kevin is the Pastor Calvary Denver in Denver, Colorado. He is originally from northern New Mexico, though he has lived in Denver for 8 years. Kevin met his wife, Jenn, at New Mexico State University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies.
Following graduation, the Hasenacks worked with the International Mission Board in North Africa and the Middle East, before returning to attend Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, where Kevin received a Masters of Theological Studies. Kevin and Jenn have a beautiful little girl named Charlie, and they enjoy the outdoors and the “beautiful game” (aka soccer).

A Few Final Thoughts From Kevin:
“Cooperation with other churches and pastors is so important. You, as a pastor, have to think – you’re not building the kingdom of your church. I’m not building the kingdom of Calvary (my church) – I’m building the Kingdom of God.’
We have to look at this as, ‘We are all on the same team.’ So it’s not, ‘Don’t plant a church next door to me.’ It’s, ‘Plant a church next door to me and let’s work together on making Jesus known in this city. And how can I be helpful to you?'”
